The rate was high, and the bed sheets smelled very stinky; I asked the front desk lady Philippine to change them. She gave me the wrong key, so I couldn’t enter room 207. When I tried to open the door, a lady and a man inside said it was occupied, so the concierge boy returned to her. Then she said, “No, it is 107. Is that your room?” The bed sheets were terrible, and the front desk lady was careless; I had been traveling for 4 hours, was sick, couldn’t move my leg, and the wrong key prevented us from getting in.

The location is close to Bawadi mall and the central market. The room was not clean, smelled bad, the carpet was dirty and old, and the toilet and shower were not clean.
