Hotel El Paraíso del Pas

“Excelente”

Everything was fantastic. The service was unbeatable, with the owner and staff extremely attentive, constantly checking if we needed anything, if we were comfortable, if the breakfast was satisfactory, etc. Cleanliness was impeccable. The beds were super comfortable. We dined and had breakfast at the hotel, all delicious and of high quality. We will definitely come back. Thank you so much for everything! Absolutely recommended.

“Totally nothing like the advertised Property”

At first nobody was there to greet us. The hotel looked nothing like the photos that were posted, and the restaurant was shut down. We never actually stayed!

No complaints. We chose the Paraiso del Pas hotel in the Santander area because of the note that said, “The establishment has a restaurant. It will be open during your stay.” That was indeed our first requirement. When we arrived, we were unpleasantly surprised to learn that the restaurant was closed in the evenings, which, given the hotel’s rural setting, disrupted our plans. This lack of reliability in the information is regrettable.
