It’s very easy to find, the staff are great and helpful. The rooms are simple and clean; we were a family of six and split across two rooms. Breakfast was simple and lovely, and the hotel sits next to some excellent restaurants and Paliton Beach. The main road is a bit noisy, but it didn’t bother us much.

“Nice place to lay your head at night while exploring the island”

I found this cozy budget hotel to be a solid base for island exploration, offering all the essentials for a quick rest each day. The staff went above and beyond, even preparing hot water in a container so I could brew tea in my room. Breakfast was simple but pleasant, and I could hear a colleague singing while she cooked from the adjacent room. They also helped us rent a scooter just up the road. The shower was hot, and I would definitely return. The only hiccup was that the Wi‑Fi was down due to the provider’s issue, but that was out of their control; I even found fast internet at the 24‑hour “Thirsty Traveller” pub nearby, so it wasn’t a major problem.

The location was spot‑on, giving easy access to everything. However, the bedsheets and pillows still had stains, which felt unsanitary; a more thorough cleaning would make it even better.
