Everything was very clean, and the room made good use of the limited space. The bed was very comfortable, with multiple outlets. There was a small door/window that opened for ventilation, good air conditioning, and a nice shower. The Wi‑Fi was unreliable, cutting out constantly, and mobile data didn’t reach. They served us a meal that had been stored in the fridge without asking first.

家族４人、快適に過ごせました。 周りにいろいろあり、飲食には困らない環境でした。. チェックインの時が、ちょっと難しい。 シャワーが狭い。 トイレのドアがドレープカーテンが嫌だった。

The location was excellent, and the staff were very respectful and friendly. If I return to Tokyo, I’ll book with them again!

Walking from Ikebukuro Station was convenient, but the wall grime and some basic parts made me a bit uneasy.
