The front desk staff were very helpful, and the location is excellent. The breakfast was great, and even though a tram passes by the hotel street, it didn't bother us. There's a market right below the hotel. The lack of an elevator is a drawback, though I know that's typical for the area, and the shower cubicle was very cramped.

The location is superb—everything is within walking distance. The staff were friendly and professional, the rooms were clean, and the value for money was excellent. The breakfast was a nice bonus.

The room was centrally located, 15 minutes to the old town, and the breakfast was good. However, there was no way to unload luggage before the hotel; the parking garage is 150 m away and very expensive. The corner room sits at the tram intersection and is therefore very noisy.
