Room was clean and just right for us. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the public bath. There is a Family Mart store beside the hotel so very convenient for ice cream and sodas. The Hotel is also near the Nagoya station. For senior citizens with disability it would be more convenient if there is a lift or escalator going underground especially if it is raining

The breakfast was decent, but it stayed the same every day; I’d recommend trying a nearby café a few times, especially those under the underground passage 10. The laundry area only had two machines, which was too few and they were often in use.
