I had no one contact me after several complaints during my stay, and the room description was wrong. Breakfast details were unclear at check‑in, and when I asked for a photo of my room, I was lied to about the type. I was very disappointed, especially after paying peak prices for this hotel.

The location was great and the staff were friendly, but the bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were stiff and lumpy, so I couldn’t get a good night’s sleep. It was also quite noisy all night, with sounds like furniture being moved that made it even harder to rest.
