I found a room, and the main building looks nice, but I paid and the reception charged me again; they promised a refund yet never processed it for weeks, and after a while we couldn't even reach them, making the place unreliable. Thankfully, support helped and my issue was finally resolved.

Even though I paid through the booking site, the hotel charged me a second time, and despite my complaint they still haven’t refunded the payment.

The hotel is full of charm, but we learned it would close on 1 March and the staff were very sad about the decision, which is a pity.
