“Wouldn’t stay again.”

The location was good. However, there were bugs and dampness problems. The room lacked a full‑length mirror or a makeup station, a closet, an iron, and the drawers wouldn’t stay closed because of the sloping floor. There was no cable; only streaming was available.

I recently stayed at a hotel that had a unique approach to check-in and check-out, with no designated desk to facilitate these processes. Unfortunately, this quirky aspect was overshadowed by several disappointments, including the absence of a promised complimentary hot breakfast. The overall ambiance of the hotel was quite chilly, with outdated decor and furniture that seemed to be in dire need of replacement.

“We needed three rooms together and only place with them would we stay there again. Not a chance”

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was great and the two staff members I interacted with were very helpful and knowledgeable. However, the hotel's cleanliness and maintenance left much to be desired - I was disappointed to find dirty stairways, cobwebs, and poor mattress quality. Additionally, our rooms had several issues, including a lack of towels, non-functional TVs, and unpleasant odors that even lingered on our clothes.

I didn't have any particularly positive experiences during my stay, and on the downside, the place had a pretty bad smell.
