The food and drinks were good, and the value for money was solid. Only a few staff members spoke English, and many signs were only in Hungarian. Daily housekeeping was weak, and the evening music was always the same and more suited to retirees.

The spa was very good, featuring a large pool, and the area around was quiet with everything easily reachable. The only drawback was that the mattress on my bed felt a bit too soft for my liking.

The fried chicken liver was delicious! The wellness area was very small, there was no cold water plunge pool, and the sauna didn’t work. There was no bottled water in the room, the bathroom cleanliness was questionable, and the pillowcase was moldy. The staff were uncertain in their responses, and the wellness cards were incomplete. Only one lady at the bar was helpful among all hotel staff.
