The place exudes calm, almost like home, with staff who are very attentive and friendly. Breakfasts are delicious, though the selection could be broader. The location is great for relaxing, but it gets dark and uneven at night, making walking risky. Early one morning the lobby’s audio system blasted at full volume and the night guard didn’t know how to turn it off, which was very annoying.

The hotel’s facilities and common areas are generally well kept, and breakfast was very good. The area is hard to reach; the paths are in poor condition and have very little lighting at night, so we had to use our phone’s flashlight. Our room wasn’t well insulated, as we could hear music from the bar above, and in the shower there was no hot water.

The restaurant is delicious, and the breakfast is also great—definitely a gastronomic plus. The architecture is beautiful, the pool is fantastic and refreshing, and the staff were friendly. The shower pressure was unacceptable and there was no hot water. Unfortunately, even after we were moved to a different room, it was noisy from the bar and restaurant areas until 23:00. Getting there by car is difficult and there is no parking. The surf guide recommendations are questionable; when I went to the shop I was hit with unrealistic prices for surf lessons—don’t accept them and look for other options.
