The location and the views were wonderful, and the room was clean and tidy.

The spot is convenient, but the check‑in was a nightmare. We arrived early and wanted to leave our hand‑carry bag, yet they charged 50 HKD per bag—unbelievable, especially since there was only one bag and plenty of space. The receptionist, who was quite plump, insisted on the fee. They said luggage storage is free only after you check out if you plan to wander the city. Even worse, strict check‑in is at 3:00 PM. We returned at 2:30 PM, approached the desk at 2:45 PM and 2:50 PM, and they wouldn’t let us in early. At 2:55 PM we tried again, but the same receptionist refused to check us in, telling us to wait until 3:00 PM even though the room was ready. They wouldn’t accommodate us five minutes early. Never again.

It was nice and I enjoyed it, but the noise was a bit annoying.

It was mostly clean and the location was good. I paid for two single beds but got a single double bed, the shower was cold every time even though the boiler was on, and there was old gum on the side of the bed.
