The room was clean and well‑situated near the main train station, and the staff gave clear, prompt information about check‑in and the like; they were also helpful when the room safe wouldn’t open. The only drawback was the constant flickering light from the adjacent parking garage.

Surprised at the entire room once we got there. Finding the place and full direction related to key, elevator, location of door to elevator hall, etc. FYI : AI said tge room was a 3 minute walk from where we were downtown on the bridge; 14 minutes of dragging our luggage later we and two phone calls we found the confirmed building entrance!
