I needed to cancel the last night and you refused to respond to me! My 94 year old mother needed to be at hotel near airport I tried calling you emailing hotel you guys refused to contact me!

Conveniently off of I-5 and a very quick drive to Dana point which is where we needed to be each day

Located just off Fwy 5, yet quiet. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Parking and premises felt safe. Poop bags for doggie travelers is always a welcome site, the other Hilton properties lacked this convenience. Lots of breakfast options and comfortable lobby.
