The spot was close to Termini station and shops. Noise at night was a problem. The local taxes were sky‑high compared to other hotels and B&Bs, and demanding a 120 Euro tax—30 Euro more than the 90 Euro listed on Booking—felt unethical and dishonest.

It was wonderful! Spotlessly clean, and they refilled soaps and towels daily. Laura was kind and attentive. The proximity to the train station made getting in and out a breeze. Nothing negative—just great!

The hotel is near all the monuments for walking and strolling around Rome, with metro, bus, and train station right next door. No issues on my part to mention!

It felt like a true Italian apartment stay. The front‑door guard, who initially kept us out, later became a friend and welcomed us after each outing. Roma Termini is a short walk away. Restaurants, cafés, and shops line every street. We loved the Biancluna, found the room cozy, and the kitchen/common area made it easy to prepare breakfast or a snack when we didn’t feel like venturing out. A great place to stay! The only drawback was moving around in the rain.

The courtyard and communal kitchen were nice, the host responded quickly, beds were comfortable, coffee was available, the room was clean, and the bathroom was updated. The only issue was an outlet that needed fixing in the bathroom.
