The hotel sits in an area easily reachable from both the central station and the city center, and the staff are friendly. I appreciated being able to check‑in and out online in advance. However, the mattress was too soft to allow any turning, the toilet wouldn’t flush unless I kept pressing the button for a long time, and there was a complete lack of tea facilities, hot water kettles, or other basic amenities.

The room was huge and the bed super comfortable, plus the location was great. However, there were no complimentary slippers or dental kit, and a few stains in the bathroom made it look dirty.

The hotel room was very modern and visually appealing, situated in a fantastic spot. It was spotlessly clean. The hotel is within walking distance of the main train station, and right next to it is an incredibly good and huge Edeka supermarket. Great hotel overall, we’ll definitely return. The 7‑out‑of‑10 rating comes from constantly hearing other guests trampling over us, which was a bit annoying.

I loves the whole concept of the hotel! Great size of the room, super clean and comfy! The check in and out online is great also having the room key on your phone is super!
