“Peor hospedaje en Mochis, no tiene Calidad-Precio. Hotel en Abandono.”
The only thing that mattered was the hotel’s location; nothing else stood out. I felt cheated by the price compared to other hotels, as it offered nothing of value. The staff seemed indifferent from the moment I arrived; I didn’t even know where to park. My booking came through Booking, and it wasn’t delayed much. My room had two double beds, but we were just two people. A person soon after arrived, claiming they had requested two beds for three people, and they were given a room with one king‑size bed. We said we had no problem switching, but the front desk staff said it was too complicated to modify the reservation, which seemed absurd. The elevator felt like a sauna—old and drafty. Inside the room we found an old, dirty space that hadn’t been renovated. The space was very small, the TV was old and had no remote, the air was stale and noisy. The bed was hard, the pillows were empty and barely felt. The worst part was the bathroom: it didn’t fit a person, the toilet was glued to the wall, and it was simply unacceptable. We only slept one night, so we didn’t bother complaining; we just wanted a place to sleep and realized it would be too tiring to find another accommodation at that point. In short, we will never stay here again, anywhere else but not here. I don’t recommend it at all. I also missed mentioning that the pool was green, and we heard bad comments about the restaurant from people in the hallway. I paid $1830 for one night; I wouldn’t pay even $500. Anyway, I hope this helps someone, and that they improve their quality. Across the street is a workshop and a car wash, and in the morning it’s very noisy because they play music with loudspeakers.
