The location is child‑friendly and the facilities—including spa and pool—are great, but the room‑service clarification was lacking.

Good value for money and great staff, though the facilities could have been a bit cleaner.

The location was great, but the room was very small and noisy because it was so close to the pool and reception.

The room was a good size, had everything you needed, and the shower was great, but there wasn’t much soundproofing between floors and the kids’ sports team above us sounded like a pack of elephants.

The location was great and the room was comfortable. Dated bathrooms showers that weren't very clean. I think all rooms with tea making facilities should have complementary tea, coffee and milk. You shouldn't have to bring kitchen items from home to be able to cook something in the kitchen we couldn't find a sharp knife anywhere
