It's a 20-minute walk from the central bus station and 5 km from Puntukas Rock.

Everything was perfect. The spa interior was lovely, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was excellent.

The restaurant kept us waiting for almost an hour and a half for our dishes even though we had a table reserved. A child sat next to a mother with a potato, and the kid was left waiting for 1h40min. The whole place felt cramped.

I liked the location, but the hotel clearly needs cosmetic repairs. As soon as we arrived, the room disappointed us: the walls were peeling, the doors were broken, and the shower faucet was completely wrapped in a film. The light fixtures barely held together, and when it got dark, the lights didn’t work—though the staff fixed it after we reported it. The free entertainment was fine (the kids’ playroom and tennis were nice), but handing out such worn‑out racquets felt odd. Breakfast was cold, we didn’t have to wait for the coffee, but the bread was gone. The spa area would have been great if it weren’t so crowded; you’d expect the towels to be available somewhere.
