The staff were super friendly, umbrellas were available, you could drop off luggage before check‑in, and the rooms were clean and very new. It’s super close to the JR Shin‑Okubo train station. On the downside, the rooms were a bit small and had few hangers for clothes.

This is a simple hotel in a good spot near Shin‑Okubo JR station, within a 10‑15 minute walk of the main Shinjuku station. There are many restaurants, convenience stores, and a large Don Quijote nearby. The four‑person family room was compact but functional. The kitchenette had a small fridge, sink, a microwave over the stove, and some dishes. The bathroom worked well, including the washer‑dryer, and the shower was good. The staff were very friendly and assertive, and they offered luggage storage until 19:00 when they leave.
