We were really let down by the service here. From the start, it felt like they weren't communicating properly with us. It wasn't until we arrived that we found out cleaning only happens every two days, which should've been mentioned beforehand. When they did clean, they left a mess of unwashed dishes and didn't even bother to refill basic things like water and coffee. To make matters worse, they kicked us out of the Netflix account we'd already been using, which felt super unprofessional.

This little gem of a hotel really impressed me. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help with anything I needed. The room was also super well equipped, with everything from a hairdryer to a safe. I was a bit worried about the price being so low, but it turned out to be an absolute bargain - I'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel's location was a major plus, with a secure gate and on-site staff available to help. The shower area was also a highlight, clean and well-maintained. However, there were a few downsides - the kitchenette was tiny and didn't have a hairdryer, which was a bit of a hassle. To top it off, the cleaning service only came every other day, which wasn't ideal.

The room itself was a highlight - it was really cozy and had a great vibe. However, the aircon was a bit of a lifesaver, as it had to be on most of the time to keep the room from getting stiflingly hot and smelling a bit off. I'm not sure if it was just the design of the room or something else, but it was a bit of a trade-off between comfort and freshness. Still, the positives outweighed the negatives for me.
