I was surprised by the room size. It was the first time we stayed on the ground floor in that part of the hotel. I wonder when the management will decide to buy mattress connectors because the single beds are sagging, or to permanently secure the beds so they don’t shift. I spoke with the receptionist about breakfast and gave her my feedback. One day, when the front desk had new faces (not our first stay here), the dining area was a mess: the scrambled eggs were watery and unfit to eat, nothing was added, no vegetables, cold cuts, or cheese, and when I asked about a snack of pancakes, the lady replied with “again”… there was even no jam. The next day the staff was the same guy I’ve always known, and everything was as usual—quiet, no utensils or plates falling, and the staff made sure guests had a choice of food.
