It was a bit difficult to find the hotel by the Tughiz, but overall everything was liked, clean, cozy. Good job; the location is convenient and comfortable.

Convenient location. The room was dark, and the slippers were roughly size 30‑33 р, too small for a child. We had a standard room—understandable—but the bath mat was from Soviet times; it was a synthetic slab that seemed to have been dug out, very dirty. I forgot to take a photo, but it’s embarrassing to find such a thing in a private house, let alone a hotel in the center of Shchuchinsk. The owner would do well to buy a decent mat for at least 2000 тг. We walked around beautiful places in Shchuchinsk and Borovoye, but the mat ruined the room’s vibe, so we didn’t stay a second night and left home. Please pay attention to the rooms. Also, above the bed on the ceiling were large, yellow‑brown stains, apparently from a water leak from the upper floor. Cheap doesn’t mean dirty. I know it’s a budget hotel and I had no inflated expectations, but there is a limit. When you lie down, huge stains hang over your face on the ceiling, and that awful bath mat is nonsense.

Good location, parking, not crowded, very clean. Towels could be replaced, and the shower curtains aren’t very practical.
