I liked the Columbus location, but the room was too small for a queen‑size bed and felt like a shoebox, so I didn’t spend much time there. It was claustrophobic. The bathroom was a decent size, but the shower wand didn’t work; the shower head did, but it was directly above and hard to use, so I couldn’t shower without getting my hair wet. I expected parking to be included since the room cost over $300 for one night, and I’ve stayed at a nicer hotel in New York City for less. I won’t return.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and stylishly decorated, and the overall atmosphere felt very modern. No complaints.

I love everything about this hotel; I've stayed here a couple of times now and the staff are consistently excellent. The location in short north is also awesome.
