Hotel Residence Ulivi E Palme

We stayed only one night at this property; the hotel is very large, our room was on the top floor with a nice city view. The furnishings and bathroom were a bit dated, I expected better, but overall we appreciated the cleanliness and the spacious terrace. The staff were kind enough to prepare a take‑away breakfast for us since we left before the breakfast room opened. Some reception shifts were not very empathetic, we struggled to ask simple questions, but overall nothing was unresolvable.

The breakfast was good, and the city centre is conveniently reachable by public bus. The wifi was very bad, the reception staff weren’t really helpful, there were no restaurants or cafés nearby, and the hotel is in a residential neighbourhood.
