Zero. The reception was arrogant; I confirmed my booking, only to be told the hotel was fully booked by rude staff.

I ordered a room with air‑conditioning but received one with a fan and no AC, even though I had the confirmation; the staff claimed everything was fully booked, so there was no alternative. I had paid for breakfast included, yet a super‑unfriendly, demotivated employee in the breakfast area demanded I pay an extra KSH 500, which the receptionist later confirmed after I asked. I was never told that breakfast was capped at KSH 500 in the room price, and I could not find any information about it. This isn’t about money, it’s about principle. The room had no hangers or towel rack—how could I hang anything? I had to manually manipulate the toilet cistern to use it. The water was freezing; I’m in Africa, but the room rate should reflect the actual level of service. The only bright spot was the receptionist Joy—very friendly, apologetic for all the issues, very understanding of complaints, yet she still gave a free kiss on the cheek. On the plus side, the hotel provided two bottles of water in the room daily, plenty of toilet paper, and daily housekeeping.

The swimming pool, darts game, and proximity to the beach were great.
