My experience was completely negative, with no redeeming qualities to speak of.

The bed itself was fine, but it came with a used bedspread, which was a letdown. However, my overall experience was marred by numerous issues, including the lack of a reception desk, a dirty entrance area with trash bags, and a poorly maintained room that felt more like a residence than a hotel. The bathroom door was difficult to close, and the bathroom itself was damp and dirty, as if someone had just showered. I would strongly advise against booking this place.

Although the owner was not on site, he was responsive and cooperative when I needed to cancel my booking. However, my stay was a disaster, with the property being closed for some time, the building and rooms being extremely neglected, and the pictures in the listing being misleading. The room was small and had a strong smell of old smoke, and the bathroom had mold and hair clippings.

The hotel has been closed for about two years, according to my neighbor, and there was no one on site when I arrived. I had to call to arrange for a key, which could have been communicated more clearly in advance. I was able to choose a room, but it was missing basic amenities like towels and soap. While it wasn't a complete disaster, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
