Everything. It’s the one place I always book when I’m in Swakop; close to everything, sea view, jetty, tiger reef, walk to Strand Hotel, walk to Desert Explorers; love the shower, very spacious and vintage‑style rooms.

I stayed right on the Atlantic, just a short walk into town, and the colonial‑style décor was lovely 😊

The staff and owner were fantastic and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and lovely; the beach is literally just across the street, so we’ll definitely return! The parking is tight but manageable, and they say they’re working on a solution; we got the last room, which wasn’t upgraded, so the cooking facilities were basic compared to the upgraded rooms the owner had shown us.
