The hotel was very nice overall. Initially there were reservation problems—my name had to be entered backwards and I nearly had to leave the hotel to find a last‑minute spot just a day before a three‑day music festival. The manager eventually resolved the issue, but it was extremely nerve‑racking for 10 minutes. Aside from that, everything else was great.

The room was very clean and spacious. A lot of construction and closed roads made it hard to navigate the city from the hotel, and there was no free parking.

All Sheraton hotels are awesome. The room was adequate; we didn’t expect that but it was enough.
