We arrived very late at the hotel because of heavy traffic and received great help from the front desk when we got there. We had issues with airport transport, but the front desk assisted us despite the language barrier and late night, everything got sorted. The next day, after we had left, the hotel kindly sent us a message wishing us a good trip onward. Excellent service. We couldn’t use the outdoor area or the restaurant, but it looked very nice. The stairs up to the hotel were heavy, but we received good help carrying our luggage.

Location: The staff were friendly and helped where they could. Good pool, good room. You do have to climb a flight of stairs to reach the hotel, but your luggage is carried for you. In the middle of the market, no noise. Nothing else.
