The place was absolutely amazing, the facilities were fabulous, and I loved the extra touches; the bath outside was absolutely beautiful, making it a really good experience. There isn’t anything the place doesn’t have—it even has a putting green outside in the garden, which is such a lovely extra. The views from the garden are wonderful, and the owners are so friendly and funny. I loved everything about my experience and would definitely stay there again. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like; the place was perfect in every way.

Mackie Lodge is the best lodge we’ve ever stayed in; every detail is thoughtfully considered and the lodge is built with care, attention, and style. Fiona is a wonderful, warm, and attentive host who goes above and beyond to make your stay special, and we couldn’t recommend Mackie Lodge highly enough!
