Hotel Roxy & Beach

“Accueil chaleureux, j’y reviendrai !”

A private beach in front of the hotel, its bar, and the option to bring a dog with a dedicated spot. The staff are friendly, kind, and always available—a fabulous team! The rooms are clean and well equipped with AC, a fridge, a small lockbox, and a balcony to hang laundry. Parking spots are a bit narrow. The hotel is a little far from the center. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, but after a certain evening hour finding a bus or taxi is a challenge (I went there in September, off‑season, perhaps some public transport stops being cut).

I didn’t get breakfast, and parking at the hotel is a hassle—don’t expect to leave your car there. The TV isn’t smart, which was a surprise. Everything else was fine. I would have liked a clear statement that parking outside the hotel is always full, and the private beach lounge situation was confusing; I didn’t understand how it worked, especially since you need to book the whole stay. We ended up having to move a lounge that was already reserved, and when I asked for another one, they said only one was free somewhere else. Also, dog access to the water and the beach requires a program, which wasn’t explained upfront, so if you’re bringing a dog, pick another resort.

Nice beach access and friendly staff, but the air‑conditioning was broken and they didn’t respond to our notice, and breakfast service was slow.

“Consigliatissimo”

We stayed very well; the room was clean, comfortable, with a sea view, the private beach was well equipped, and parking was inside the property. Just a few steps away there were several spots for drinks, lunch, and dinner featuring meat, fish, and tapas. A bus stop in front of the hotel lets you move freely between Cesenatico and Gatteo a mare. Highly recommended. Nothing to add.
