The staff tried to lock the keys in the truck, blocking their cars, and the owners already knew about the situation. We had to pop a lock on the way, and the drunk staff wanted to fight us. Bartenders and waitresses came out from the bar inside the motel; we offered to get them an Uber home, but they still refused and called others to fight us. About 20 people surrounded us. Cameras were presumably on, and we were right in front, so they captured it.

I stayed there for 3 or 4 days because I needed a place to live, and the reception staff were incredibly rude. They banged on my door every 5 minutes, practically every time. Check‑out is at 11, but from 7 pm onwards they were banging loudly and telling me to leave in 5 minutes and wait for my taxi. I had to be there before 11. I was there out of necessity and I wouldn't stay again. You can't ask any questions; it's all just rude.

There was not anything likable at this hotel. It should be more like a motel. Women were hanging outside waiting for strange men to pick up, I had to change rooms because the AC was not working. The hot tub was not hot. The inside pool water was freezing. This hotel was real ghetto and dirty. Will never stay here again. Everything.
