The building is very close to the metro station, and nearby there’s a laundromat, a small supermarket, and a wonderful pastry bar for breakfast; the room is clean and very comfortable, the ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen and a shared fridge, and they offer late check‑in with a code; thanks for the hospitality and highly recommended.

“Un sitio cerca del centro, para visitar la ciudad”

The place is just a stroll from the city centre, and getting around is easy thanks to the nearby metro and train stop. The kitchen comes with a fridge for storage, a dining area, and a lovely inner patio that’s great for relaxing after a long day; you can even whip up a meal without leaving the room and there are supermarkets close by. After checking in by yourself, I didn’t read the host’s messages again, so when we arrived he was already in the building and scolded me for not seeing the access code he’d sent. I didn’t appreciate his welcome, but overall the stay was pleasant.

“Nice place! Would go again.”

The staff were communicative, the place is well‑situated and offers good value; the bathroom was recently renovated and spotless. The room itself was cramped, and it was hard to tell which room you’d get, so I might have been unlucky. The bed is getting old, with a bend in the middle that makes sleeping difficult. There’s plenty of light and many lights, but the LED bulbs are a harsh, bright blue at 7500 kelvin, giving the room a hospital vibe.

The location was great and the shower was very good! The pillows were tall and stiff, though.
