Das Zimmer ist super schön, groß und komfortabel. Nichts auszusetzen. Gute Lage schöne Aussicht. Das Frühstück prima! Auch genug Parkplätze. Das Personal sehr, sehr freundlich. Es gibt leider keinen gefrennten Ruheraum nach dem Besuch der Sauna, und der Saunabereich ist vom Pool nicht getrennt. Es gibt nur 7 Liegen am Pool, wo es doch sehr laut ist und tatsächlich kein Platz zum Ausruhen zu finden. Beim Abendessen gibt es im ausgebuchten Hotel etwas wenig Plätze. Das Restaurant ist aber nur 2,5 Stunden geöffnet (17:30-20 :00). Die meisten Gäste kommen um 18:00 - 19:00 Uhr. Wenn man um 17:30 kommt fühlt man sich dann gehetzt, weil viele Leute da stehen und auf einen Platz warten. Später ist auch schlecht, weil es keine Zeit mehr gibt. Hier müsste eine andere Lösung her

Everything was very clean, the food was plentiful and tasty, and the pool was beautiful and tidy. We felt very comfortable and highly recommend it.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean enough, though a closer look revealed a few unsightly details. The pool was well maintained, cleaned weekly, and closed for extra privacy. The water temperature was pleasant. The hotel grounds were generally tidy. The room was large, and a travel bed for our daughter was ready and set up. The food did not meet restaurant standards; we had several buffets and were somewhat disappointed. €31 does not justify the price, and drinks are extra. Breakfast was always the same. Space was limited during peak times, and higher floors had unused capacity, so we sometimes had to sit with other guests. The arrival setup for a toddler could have been more comfortable; we met many families with kids, so demand is clear. In the bathroom, previous guests’ hair was in the drain, which we removed ourselves. Otherwise, the rooms were clean but dusty. A camera in the pool area would be useful. Some children didn’t follow the rules and were in the area without parents, so we left the area promptly. Overall, the pool area was enjoyable.
