HOTEL GRAPHY Shibuya

The staff were wonderful, the facilities clean, and there’s unlimited free tea and coffee, but the location isn’t ideal – it’s a 15‑20 minute walk from the center of Shibuya, though it’s only 15 minutes from Ebisu, and the roof terrace was almost empty, so it didn’t feel social or welcoming.

The place looks great, I stayed in a shared room where the bed was very comfortable, lockers and a small area were provided for my stuff, breakfast was included and tasty with several food and drink options, the location is about 10‑15 minutes on foot from Shibuya Station, it works well, and they also give a clean towel daily; on the 7th floor there’s a tiny terrace with a pool table, coffee, tea, and free water all day, and there’s nothing I’d have liked to change.

“HMM”

The spot is convenient and the staff are very pleasant, but the room is so small that we couldn’t open our carry‑on luggage; a sink occupied the space that could have held a bag, and we were lucky not to have a large suitcase; the men’s/mixed toilet on our floor was dirty at night, and when we booked a larger room at the same price for our next trip, the disappointment grew even more.

The location is handy, towels and shower supplies are clean, lockers with locks are available, the lounge offers free coffee, the beds come with blackout curtains and a sleep mask, and every bed has a power outlet plus a USB port, which is handy for guests without a plug adapter.

“Prima.”

The location is nice and within walking distance of Shibuya, and they offer an hour of free beer, but the rooms are far too small; we couldn’t even fit one large suitcase fully open in the room.
