“Wie immer gut”

I usually stay there twice a year, so there's not much new to mention. Compared to before, I miss the sparkling bath above the pool. I'm curious about the future renovations, especially the roof terrace. The elevators are a bit small; perhaps they'll be enlarged with the upcoming renovations.

The wellness area was good. The rooms weren't cleaned well enough and there was too much dust.

We spent two nights in a Kingsize room and everything was great, especially the view from the window and the 22nd‑floor pool. The bed was clean, soft and comfortable, and the room was impeccably tidy. Shops, restaurants and public transport were nearby. The only downside was that the staff couldn’t arrange a bottle of champagne in the room for a romantic anniversary celebration.

The room was roomy with a large balcony, a fridge and a mini electric stove. I’m grateful to the professional reception team who helped retrieve the money left in the safe so our friends could get it. The only issue was the lighting controls: the lights and sockets stayed on when the toilet light was turned on, otherwise they didn’t work.
