The property does not offer breakfast. It needs a renovation inside and out, and the beds should be replaced.

The location is great—quiet neighborhood, easy access to cool parts of town, rental bikes, snacks, and a good vibe. You can walk to the beach, local restaurants, or Dairy Queen. The bathroom lighting was odd, leaving the shower in the dark.
