The manager (the owner at the time) was there and explained everything clearly. The room was spacious and felt like home. The bathroom and toilet were clean, but because they are shared, you might not be able to use them immediately if someone else is using them. The location is close to the entertainment district and convenient. The only issue was that a garbage bin still had the previous guest's trash in it.
