The hotel is close to the city center. It is advertised as having parking, but it’s just street parking; in central Rome it’s impossible to find a spot. The lack of soundproofing was a problem— we could hear our neighbors and passers‑by chatting, and we did not sleep well at all.

Nothing positive. The service was terrible, the room was not what was described on Booking, the room and bathroom were dirty, and the bed was actually a sofa bed with stiff pillows and dirty blankets. The person who handled the keys was an Indian gentleman who was rude; when we called, he would cut the call and we waited hours for the key. The only redeeming factor was the location.

The location was good. Both the toilet and the bathroom sink were leaking. I reported it immediately, but no action was taken. They only gave us two large bath towels. Towels for the face and a shower mat were missing.

It’s quite close to all points of interest and right in front of Termini train station. The place was very clean and well equipped; the bathroom was a bit old but fine. It has a private bathroom, a fridge, and a TV with internet.

Nothing positive. There was mold and a lot of dampness. We had to move to another accommodation. It is the worst place I have ever been to. The bathroom was very dirty, it was unsanitary, and the staff were awful—we had to leave.
