“Willkommen im Paradies!”

It was simply amazing! Everything matched the description and the photos. Francesca was a wonderful person—always available, friendly, and helpful. The kitchen was functional, the apartment was tastefully furnished, the bathroom matched the pictures, and the beds were excellent! Everything was very clean. The pool was still nice in October. Our dog was welcome too! The central location makes it a great starting point to explore Tuscan towns—Arezzo, Lake Trasimeno, Montepulciano, Cortona, and many smaller but very nice villages are easily reachable.

The surroundings were lovely, the staff friendly and helpful, and Francesca always responded quickly; the croissants we ordered through her were super good. The pool area was amazing and the kids’ pool was a nice addition. For our family, it was just perfect in every way.

The location was great and the apartment was spacious and spotless; it was surprisingly cool even without using the air‑con. Francesca handled everything perfectly, and the bar by the pool turned out to be a pleasant surprise.

The apartments were very nice, the views stunning, and each room had a lovely set of tables; the pool was large and there was a separate “brodzik.” A covered area for cars waited at the entrance, and during the day you could drive right up to the apartment entrance to unpack. Overall it was pretty good and most people shouldn’t be too disappointed. The downside was the location: the nearest sensible shops were 12‑15 minutes away, and you had to drive often because you had to bring your own trash bags, toilet paper, and laundry detergent. Nobody really uses the detergent anyway because there are very few dishes in the room, not enough to fill a dishwasher. I also didn’t like the pool towel policy: you get towels for the room but can’t use them at the pool—you have to bring your own or rent them from the owner for a few euros. Another drawback was the bed comfort—very hard mattresses, uncomfortable, and too short relative to the frame.

It’s an agriturismo with a lot of charm, a beautiful pool, and gorgeous Tuscan views. Manager Francesca is delightful and will make your stay feel like a perfect ten. Highly recommended.
