“Never staying at a choice hotel again”
The rooms were not very clean; our one‑year‑old found a pill on the floor, and there was food stuck to our blanket on the bed.

The desk staff didn’t know what they were doing. I waited an hour trying to get checked in.

I woke up to a roach on my nightstand and even snapped a photo of it, but I never told the staff about it. That bit disappointed me, yet the rest of the stay was good.

Nothing special about the location. The bathroom wall above the toilet paper looked like someone had wiped poop on it, the tissue box was empty, several tiles were missing behind the toilet, and the shower curtain barely touched the top of the tub.
