The location and new building were good, but only spare towels were provided, the beds were never made and the room was never cleaned; only a shower foam and conditioner were available, nothing for hands, the TV remote had dead batteries that I had to buy, and no staff ever said thank you or appeared; the kitchen was present but unusable; the bathroom sign read “finding clean is a pleasure, leaving clean is a duty”; the assigned room was tiny and not shown in the hotel photos.
