Beautiful decor. Very helpful staff. Parking was shared with the mall. There was no close parking for the hotel. The hotel was not easy to reach, due to construction

Location, how friendly staff was. That there was no door where you shower. It was open space with the room and too close to the main door

Staff was very nice and the room was very clean. Didn't care for the "open concept" bathroom and mattress was not comfortable

Very up to date and extremely clean. The room was laid out perfectly and the finishes were high end. Bonus points for the Marshall bluetooth speaker on the bedside table. Can't think of one negative

It was well located off of 75. The staff were friendly and helpful and made our stay very pleasant. Shout out to the two ladies working at the bar on Friday night. Excellent and friendly service!. I wasn't really thrilled with the open bathroom concept. The toilet had a door, but the shower and sink only had a curtain separating it from the rest of the room
