Located in front of Morro de São Paulo's Segunda beach, Pousada Funny offers scenic sea views from its air-conditioned rooms, each equipped with an LCD TV, minibar, and balcony. The guesthouse is within walking distance to Terceira and Primeira beaches, and a 15-minute walk to the catamaran harbour. A weekly foam party and live music events are held on Saturdays during summer.

The service, staff, breakfast, and comfort were good. The bathroom had a sewage smell.

The view from the rooms is the best, the breakfast is excellent, Celi and Rose are the best cooks and divine! The staff overall are excellent. It’s very hard to sleep before 00:00 because the inn has a restaurant with live music. The noise is annoying. This makes the rest poor because at 6:30 the workers start the noise again and a lot of light enters the room.

The price‑quality ratio was great, Brenda’s service and the restaurant’s attention were excellent, the proximity to the sea was spectacular, and breakfast was very good, though it should be ready by 7 am.

The location was great and breakfast was good. We had two nights with a minibar in the room that the inn said was due to the restaurant downstairs.
