The staff were very nice and the hotel looks beautiful, but the rooms are extremely small even by Tokyo standards, the spring mattresses feel uncomfortable, and the windows are the smallest I've seen.

Check‑in was very smooth, the staff were friendly, I got free amenities and drinks, and the luggage storage was easy, all of which made the stay very pleasant; I had nothing to complain about.

Seriously, for the price it's amazing— a tiny but comfortable room with a toilet and shower, all the equipment, plus a video projector! Nothing else to mention.
