Excelsior Belvedere Hotel & Spa

The stay was incredibly comfortable, with a calm, cozy, and elegant atmosphere supported by the staff. The rooms were convenient, clean, and the breakfast was excellent with a lovely sea view. The grounds were very green and well‑maintained, and the beach had sparkling sand and good service. The spa with a thermal pool was simply magnificent! You feel like a valued guest and receive help with every question from the hotel staff. Special thanks to a woman named Branka, who surrounded you with care. Thank you, Excelsior! I really want to come back.

The staff were very friendly and helpful when needed. There was a minor issue when my room flooded, but it was fixed within a few hours, so I’d highly recommend this place. I wish they’d let more family members visit; they just wanted to sit with us. We had many relatives from the US for my daughter’s wedding, and they stayed at the hotel but didn’t use the pool or anything—just wanted to sit.

“Best resting place best vacation everything about your hotel is absolutely perfect”

Everything about this hotel is excellent: the front desk, the metro, the managers, the restaurant, the people by the pool, and everyone else—I can’t find anything I didn’t like. This hotel is perfect, and the people are perfect. Everything was perfect.
