What surprised us most was the room size – it was really huge. For us, cycling tourists with panniers and a lot of luggage, having that much space to organize was especially comfortable. The breakfast deserves a special mention. It was very complete, with a huge variety, and the care with which it was prepared stood out. The staff had even taken time to add little decorative details made from the food itself, like carrot flowers. Simple touches, but they convey a lot of affection and make the breakfast especially pleasant. There is also a bike garage inside a small courtyard, very practical and appreciated. Another plus is having a bar and restaurant on site. Although we didn’t dine there, being able to sit down for a beer right after our bike leg was great. Overall, we found the accommodation pleasant, good value, and the breakfast excellent. The building and rooms are a few years old, so the décor and some facilities show that, but everything was functional and comfortable. The main drawback for us was the lack of an elevator. The stairs are steep, and after a full day of cycling, carrying luggage up was a bit heavy. We also saw older people struggling with the stairs, so that’s something to consider if you have mobility issues. The location is a bit away from the more central part of Wolgast, but for a one‑night stay it didn’t pose a major problem.

Wir hatten ein schönes und ruhiges Zimmer, das praktisch eingerichtet war. Sehr nettes Personal.

“Preis und Leistung passen zusammen, das Frühstüch war toll”

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und vielfältig, da ich zu Fuß unterwegs war und es stark geregnet hatte, war ich sehr froh, dass die Heizung ging und ich alle meine Sachen trocknen konnte. Der Biergarten unten trägt die Geräusche hoch in die Zimmer, bei offenem Fenster schlafen war leider nicht möglich, ein Lüfter irgendwo im Haus hat auch vor sich hin gebrummt.
