The location is spot‑on and the room is very clean, plus the reception is open 24/7, but it feels too small for the price, though we’re grateful for the flawless service.

The spot is great, they provided a coffee machine with some free pods and an electric kettle, the room was clean and well‑sound‑proofed, and even though it’s close to Gran Vía we didn’t hear any noise; the only downside is that the room is small.

Una experiencia excepcional, de principio a fin Mi experiencia en BYPILLOW Callao ha sido sencillamente excelente. Destacaría, por encima de todo, la atención recibida, impecable, cercana y profesional, que marca realmente la diferencia. Las instalaciones están en excelentes condiciones, cuidadas al detalle, y la ubicación es sencillamente inmejorable, perfecta para disfrutar de Madrid.
