The place is beautiful, very calm and comfortable, close to all events, and the staff are very friendly; yet one of the cleaning staff behaved badly, was not comfortable at all, and the entry to the room was not good.

The place is very beautiful and comfortable, the location is close to everything and the village of Limone, and the facilities were very nice; but one of the cleaning staff had a terrible, provocative attitude, never put a name plate.

The Deluxe room was exactly what we wanted with an excellent view of Lake Garda and the mountains; we stayed one night in the Superior room, then asked the reception if we could upgrade the next morning (for an extra fee) and the Deluxe room with garden and patio sunbed was available—exactly what we imagined; thanks to the reception for helping us find the room. Breakfast was decent, especially the custom omelet, and the walk to Limone’s center is just 15 minutes—no problem. The rooms are small, but that didn’t spoil our stay.
